What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

My fiance is buying a home. The mortage and deed will be in his name only & placed in trust. Once we are married, if something happens to him down the road, will the home go to me or his grown children?

We are in our 50's and I am in the process of selling my home. It's not possible at this point for my name to be on the mortage due to financial issues.

Thanks!

it all depends on how the trust is written. You need an attorney to set things up for you properly. If this gets screwed up now, it would be too late to correct anything after he dies.
