Definition of Stipulate?

I need to know what stipulate means; in plain English.

I'm involved in a civil case in Arizona. The opposing attorney is asking me "...inform me as to whether there are any (exhibits) to which you will stipulate as to their admission."

Is he asking if I will agree to their (exhibits) admission or if I will object to their admission?

I need to respond to his inquiry as soon as possible; any help would be greatly appreciated!!

STIPULATION - An agreement between parties to a dispute or court action that a certain fact is true or uncontested. Also an agreement between parties to a specific procedure or action such as a stipulation to extend time to answer a complaint.
