I am not an attorney, and an attorney is more qualified to
advise you on this matter.
Also, call your local library, and ask them if they can find
a book for you. You may have trouble finding a book; i.e.,
each state may have their own unique forms and instructions.
Ask your local library, and Juvenile Court if they have copies/
instructions of the forms you need. Ask Juvenile Court
which county office you need to file. Call the county
office, and ask if they have forms/instructions.
I found the following quote from the link following this quote:
"Both the petition for contempt and the petition to modify
usually require the help of an attorney. Generally, you will be
held responsible for your own attorney fees and expenses,
although in some instances, the court orders the other parent
to pay all of the attorney fees and expenses."

You might call some attorneys, and ask what instances in
Tennessee would require the other parent to pay for the
attorney fees and expenses.
