What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS
Can a person be arrested for the destruction of marital property? (i.e. angry soon to be X wife driving over & destroying 10's of thousands of dollars worth of landscaping while young daughter in vehicle with raging wife/mother) The husband called police & they even witnessed most of this outrageous behaviour.
