divorce

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I am getting married on the 15th of this month. My fiance purchased a house in '04. I moved in in '05. We will live in this house and share in the financial obligations. If we were to divorce in the future, what if any rights would I be entialed to surrounding the house?

How sweet that you are already thinking about divorce. You would probably be entitled to an equitable portion of the equity that accrues during the marriage. And only during the marriage. Does your fiance know you are all about the house?
