divorce

I have separated from my husband. Planning on a divorce. I have gotton tired of hearing the verbal abuse for the past 7 years. I live in PA.. After we separated I have dated.
Will I have a problem with getting a divorce. There is no property really. We do have a child. I cannot work because of an injury at work. Could he be liabile for spousal support?
