Please HELP! Divorce and imigration

What is the name of your state? Texas

I am a hispanic male. I am currently and have been going through a divorce for the last 2 years. I have a couple of questions I hope someone can help me with.

First of all: My hopefully soon to be ex Wife has notified my attourney that she has my certificate of naturalization papers and she plans to use this against me in court. My attourney has no idea and they gave my attourney no idea as to why they plan or how they plan to use this against me in court.

Can someone please tell me how she can use this against me in Court? I have been a citizen since birth and I am now 35 years old. I, also, work for the government so if there was something wrong with the papers they would have found it during my background check. If someone can help me I would appreciate the help.

Also, I was with another woman and am currently with another woman when we separated. I have admitted it and it has been acknowledged to the judge. I have not tried to hide the fact that I am with someone and have been for 2 and a half years now. My ex wife is still gathering evidence to use against me in court. I am not sure why I have not denied this so how will it benefit her to continue to try and gather evidence. Since it has been acknowledged and the judge knows about it? I have not hidden anything.

Also, she is asking for phone statements, creditcard statements, and other items that I have obtained since we seperated. She wants to know who I have talked to and phone numbers not since we have been together but since we seperated, How will this be useful to her in court? The judge has ordered me to give her all my phone statements since we seperated, I feel this is an invasion of my privacy. What can I do? we are seperated what is it her business who I speak with?
Your help would be appreciated.
