Do I have to let extended family visit my children? What is the name of your state? Kentucky My husband and I are separated, and I plan to file for divorce. I insist that his sister not be allowed to have contact with our children. I will be the custodial parent. Am I allowed to say who can and cannot have contact with the children as long as I am compliant with letting their dad have visitation? |
