Originally posted by Ann Strickland I wrote to you a few days ago about some questions on my husband adopting my daughter. I have another question. Since my daughter lives with us full time and there are no legal papers for here father to have any kind of visitation at all nor ,like I said before, does he pay any kind of support for her. If he would call and want to see her, and he hasn't in a while, do I have to let him see her or must he go file for some kind of visitaion rights?
Thank You

No, you don't have to allow that. BUT keep in mind, that if he does file for visitation, it could be used against you. (interfering with a parent/child relationship) This is, if there is nothing horrible about the Father.
