My ex-girlfriend and I purchased a house together several years ago.She recently moved out.She now wants half of the equity.Her name is on the deed
but she never made 1 payment.I also put 98% of the downpayment down,which was a gift from my parents.What is she entitled to?

She is entitled to whatever her share of ownership is. If you were unmarried and putting disproportionate downpayments, you should have established ownership shares to reflect that.
