DomesticWhat is the name of your state? Arizona My boyfriend and I have been living together for 3 yrs and have a 10 month old daughter together. We have been having problems and one day last week he hit me. I need to know what I can do to make him move out of my house. I own the house and it's my name but when the police officers arrived they told me all they can do is ask him to leave they cannot make him leave because it is his residence also. Is there anyway I can go through the courts to make him leave? |

| Yes, you can get a court order that would require him to move out. Since you did call the police and have a report filed (I assume), I would file for a restraining order and ask that he be required to move out.
