What is the name of your state (only U.S.)

Is Domestic Partner considered as Legal Married status in state of Texas? Is checking or saving account needed to be a joint account in order for parnter to qualified a Domestic Parnter? Is debt of one partner is liable to other Domestic Partner also?

Nope, they don't. They do not recognize any type of official domestic partner status for same or opposite sex couples. http://www.hrc.org/laws-and-legislation/entry/texas-marriage-relationship-recognition-law

TX DOES have common-law marriage, but only for opposite sex couples, and there are several tests that you must meet in order to be considered common-law married.

But basically, there is no such thing as a domestic partnership in that state that means anything legally.
