Domestic partner wants to run the show

What is the name of your state? CT

I live with my girlfriend of 6 years. We have a 4 1/2 y. o. son and she has a 9 y. o. daughter. She wants me out, I am on the lease and I pay half of daycare costs. She wants to get rid of me and get child support. Her daughter is not raised right, she is out of control, has no rules to live by, the mother doesn't care about anything but her job and the casino (major gambling problem!) I see by example what type of upbringing my son would have if I were not there and it scares me to death. She lets the kids stay up until 11:00 or later on school nights, her daughter has a big, fat gut because all they eat is fast food. I am not allowed to say anything or a fight breaks out. My girlfriend is unclean and the house is unsanitary. I clean it up on a daily basis and it is destroyed the same day. I don't have anywhere else to go and can't really afford it, but I feel I have rights and she does not have any right to throw me out or hide the new lease from me to get me out. HELP? She is already getting child support from her daughter's father, and thinks she is going to get money from me too.

Are you legally recognized as the child's father? (meaning are you on the b.c. or has paternity been otherwise established)
Take yourself down to the courthouse and file for custody of your child**************..
