Domestic rights

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
How long must a person be married (without a prenupual agreement) before I am 1/2 owner of property deeded in only his name? We have been married for 18 years.

Was it a free and clear property before the marriage? Or was marital income used to make the mortgage payments? If you are not on title, you will only be entitled to half the increase in equity that occurs during the marriage.
