Emancipation

I am 17yrs old. My mom hit me and pulled my hair which made me run out the car from being afraid to go back home with her alone. I got arrested the next day at school when I filed a child abuse case to my school. My mother got off on chargers and denies hitting me. I am currently living with my father in TX because when i was at work one night she called the police again and when i got home from work I got arrested again as a run away and was told that if I get one more arrest then I would be sent to a dentention home. My mother didnt know I was leaving til I was In seattle. Now she still pushes that I can't live with my father and still puts up a fight. Talks trash about my auntie and starts crap with her own family. I also have a little sister that my mom sometimes leaves at my grandparents house or she stays home alone because my mom is busy with her boyfriend. I want to go back to Hawaii for college but am afraid I'll get arrested again because I don't turn 18 til Sep 29th. Can she do that? Would I be able to qualify for an emancipation?

Can she do what?? Your post is so rambling it is almost illegible.

Your post says that you are living with your father. With that, you are NOT emancipated. Your post makes NO mention of a child custody order, but if the court has you placed with your mother, both you AND your father can get in trouble for your current conditions.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

But to reiterate, the fact that you have been arrested as a runaway means that you can kiss the idea of emancipation goodbye. Emancipation, which is granted only VERY rarely, is granted (when it IS granted) SOLELY to teens who have shown exceptional maturity and ability to care for themselves. The first time the police pick you up for ANYTHING, it's bye-bye emancipation. No matter what your reasons and no matter how well you might meet the other qualifications.

Which, btw, nothing in your post suggests you do.
