Emancipation in New Jersey

What is the name of your state? New Jersey
While someone wrote me that there is no emancipation in NJ some lawyers there say that there is at age 16 with parental permission....Is there or isn't there ? DYFS claims there isn't - but I tend to take what they say with some question.

For starters - it would help if you kept your posts together - most people won't go searching for the previous ones.

The only info I could find regarding minor emancipation in NJ was if in regards to a minor with AIDS or HIV. If you've spoken with lawyers who tell you differently, then I suggest you ask them how to go about it.

Here is a link to the FACTS of minor emancipation in New Jersey, showing where it is allowed and the applicable statute(s):

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
