What is the name of your state? Florida

(17 yrs old, turn 18 november 1st) Hey ive lived with my father, mother, grandfather, uncle, and sister, and every single one of them have huge problems. My dad is on probation, chain smoker and he lives in a one bedroom apartment with his daughter/my 20 yr old sister and her bf. im living there now. i have to sleep on the floor every night i get about 4-5 hrs asleep anight, and becouse of the sleep problems i have missed 15 days of school. i smell like smoke every day. my dad and my sister fight constently and yell and screem at each other every day. my mother is a hardcore alcholic and lives with my uncle whos also a hardcore alchoholic, she is always drunk. i lived with her most of my child hood and finily got out of ther about 4-5 months ago. she emotionaly abused me and was beaten by her boyfriends constenly.
she is also doin drugs constinly.
my grandfather is a lifetime hardcore alchoholic and a chainsmoker. he is in his 70,s and personly dont thinnk he will be alive much longer the way he is going. he doesnt take care of him self well. i live with him 2001, for a few months. my uncle is the same way hes a hardcore alchoholic as well. he is always drunk and very old as well. hes actully my great uncle. i lived with him for a few months as well. i currently work at a hostpital and can make about 800$/month, my friend makes about 400$a month, i am trying to get an apartmet with my bestfriend who is 18. i heard i cant move out untill my 18 birthday. i can suport my self but i think i need permission from parents to move out. my dad would give me permission but i dont think my mom would consent. i am a matter of months away from turning 18 and im a junior in high school and i will be finished with highschool 2004 may. then i am enlisting in the army and wont need any help and will get my life going.
i owe my father 1000$ for a car he bought and im making payments to him monthly.i also have another option i could get my older sister who lives in rhode island to adopt me but i dont know if i can since i owe my father and missed school so much.
i need help to know what i can do, ive read others post. and its probelly to late to emancipate becouse by the time i do i will be 18 yrs old and it would be pointless. so what can i do . please hel p , email me. chipchip1985@aol.com

If your under age you can leave the car behind It will have no bearing on your credit . even though you promised to pay for it . Why dont you have a long talk with you r sister in RI to see if you can indeed live there and if she would be willing to get custody of you to become your guardian untill you turn 18 .

Darn just when you think life is ruff you read things like this… honey you need to finish school no offence but you do need your education.especially if you're Enlisting in the services when you turn 18. They have a test you will have to pass to qualify for that…. Study up… you sound like you have your head screwed on tight, just people wont let you keep It there I only hope you keep your morals about yourself and stay on the right tract and not follow theirs.. You seem to have kept it so far and if you can stick it out while keeping your head on straight in the mean time I suggest you do so, if your sister can help you out your better for it. But if not do the best you can do or have yourself put into the states care if you feel you’re in harms way… good luck…
