my friend had a girlfriend who lived with him take out alot of internet loans, steal his bank card, write checks to herself on his account, and used his paypal account to shuffle money in and out of his checking account. he was 63 at the time and had just had a heart attack so she was handling his personal business while he was recuperating.... He is in the process of filing identity theft, forgery charges and was wondering if embezzlement and senior abuse or what else he could add....
