What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? az

I was recently burned for an engagement ring and would like to know if there's anything I can do?
I met this woman on line, she is from Idaho, I am in Az. We hit it off and she has been living with me on and off here in Az. for the better of the last 3 years. On her last time out here, I asked the question, to which she said "yes", and she accepted my ring. The ring that I gave her, came from my aunt whom I was very close to and who was dying at the time from a brain tumor. but she wanted to see us get together and liked my fiance and wanted to be a part of it. Well, she went back to Idaho, we had plans to move her back here a month or so later which never happened. She cancelled all our plans broke off the engagement and broke up completely, avoiding contact totally. I believe she found someone else, which is fine, but since that time, my aunt has passed and the ring has much sentimental value to me and i would like it back. Is there anything I can do?

You can file a lawsuit requesting the ring back.
