Enough already!

how much for a divorce? how long will it take to be final. i live in california. details are one child, a home we pay a mortage on, bills, and mental abuse to wife and child. trying to be breif but if more details needed just ask.

Your question is too vague and ambiguous to give you an answer. There are too many variables and facts that you haven't stated, each of which would dictate the length of a divorce and other matters. And, the costs and fees would be determined by those facts, along with varying fees and retainers different attorneys charge.
