| Wow. If the "genetic material" donator had been a man (positive DNA test) they would have been declared one of child's parents. Yet a woman can have a positive dna test, never have waived their parental rights, and still be denied their child. Not to mentiion that the child considers this woman to be one of her parents. Disgusting what the courts do. Poor kid, "loosing" their mom.
