Eviction of Family Member

I am in the process of having my 20 year old son evicted. My question concerns joint property. He and I both built our home computer. What can I do to prevent my son from taking this type of property? Can he take this property? Can I protect myself?

My response:

This is not a Family Law issue; i.e., divorce, separation, child custody, or anything remotely similar. This is a landlord / tenant issue. Please post this on the correct Board.
