Im in Michigan and have a Step son 19 years of age who took the last term off of school and has been living in my home for the past 4 months. Due to some desputes and lies I want him out. How do I get him out of my house. I have no lease agreement with him but he has been giving us 100.00$ monthly.

My response:

Go to a bookstore and buy a book on Landlord / Tenant law. Follow the directions, and get him out.
