Ex is out of control!!

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?iowa

I am wondering what my husband and I can do about his ex-wife?
She is totally out of control!! We have an online pharmacy that we have to use for insurance purposes. We had one company and then in October my husbands company changed to a different online pharmacy. We had problems with her with both of the pharmacies. Since she has our insurance card because my husband has insurance on his son, she uses this pharmacy for him. With the first company she charged prescriptions on our credit card and never told us.....not that she should have done this in the first place. How she got the credit card number we still don't know. It is illegal to use our credit card, right? Then on the other company she got on the online website that we use and somehow got all of our information changed over to her address etc. Not to mention she added herself to our account!! She has no insurance at all and she certainly is not on ours!! This is just a little of what she has done. She received a dental check from our insurance that we were suppose to receive to pay towards the braces for my stepson. It was made out to my husband and she took it to the bank and forged his name on it and cashed it and kept the money. There are too many things to mention. What kind of advice can you give us? What kind of action can we take? Is there anything that we can do or do we just have to deal with this sort of behavior?? Thank you in advance....SW

And why has your husband not filed theft charges against her?

Well.....we were not sure what to do since it had something to do with credit card and a check from the insurance company. We have never had to deal with this sort of thing before and were unsure about the situation. Hope I don't sound to much like an idiot!

So...with both of these problems we would just have to get in contact with the police? She lives in Minnesota.
Thank you for your help!

Is it entered as the default card to use for payment? Bet it is.

You should have started with the credit card company, by reporting fraudulent use of the card number. If she ordered online, then the order can be traced by email address at the pharmacy. Even if the card was listed as an alternate card, she fully knew it wasn't hers. Any way, from there the credit card company would be able to direct on how to go about getting her to either pay up or press charges.

How did you make out?
