Question

ex wife is legal sec. and won't let me see my son

Regarding issue in Clearwater Florida, where mother is custodial parent.

I moved to Dallas after the divorce, confident that my exwife would observe the divorce decree she drew up after making a verbal agreement.

She recieved everything in the divorce since she had custody. I left with a bag of clothes and my guitar. She agreed to give me one year to move home and get on my feet. Her boyfriend makes over 80,000. a yr and they were livnig together at the time as engaged.

Once here I did as I expected. By the time summer visitation came around she refused to let me see him, even though she had been sending him here the whole time to see her parents. SHe refused and when I made the comment I'd contact the court, she filed a restraining order against me using phoney email she created to support her claims. [i should publish this restraining order, it would be an incredibly dramatic movie] The judge who granted the divorce also granted her the restraining order and then filed for garnishment. I've kept paying the garnishment but haven't heard from or even seen a picture of my son for over two years now.

How do I defend myself against this? My only objective is to merely have the visitation and an opportunity for my son to get to know me and vice versa.
