Ex-wife's Threats

What is the name of your state? Texas

My fiance's ex-wife is making threats against me.

she is threating to go to an attorney and have me thrown out of the house that he and i share with our kids. she also keeps threating to kick my ass everytime i turn around. he got the house in the divorce as well as there 2 kids.

can she actually have me thrown out of my house? and what can we do about her threats?

thank you for the kick her ass part. but i refuse to sink to her level.

i really would like to find out if she can do anything or if i can do something against her. i am tired of her threats and i am tired of being nice. its not my fault her kids like me better than they do her.

Even if she is still on the title of the home unless she has something in the custody/visitation and or divorce decree stating no overnight guests, there's not a damn thing she can do.

So, who owns the home? In other words, who's name is on the deed.

the house is in his name only.

there is nothing in the divorce about no over nite guests.

she is re-married to the wacko she met on the internet, that she walked out on him and 2 babies for. she is behind on child support, barely sees the kids and rarely calls.

Then, as a great american once said tell her to "PISS OFF".

Let her do as she wishes. She doesn't have any case.

Start gathering proof of her threats to do bodily harm and file a restraining order.
