Hello,my name is William and I need some advice. I met a girl in 2008 had a child in 2009 and I bought a vehicle in her name. We paid off the vehicle in 14 months on a 5 year loan. All payments were made in check through my checking account but title is in her name. Now she is threatening to have my vehicle repossessed and we now have 3 kids and I'm worried if she has the right to Repossess while my kids are with me. What court do i go to fight for my truck, and do I have a chance of walking away with my truck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
