Extended legal rights to boyfriendWhat is the name of your state? Indiana I have two girls 8 and 6. Father has not been around for over 6 years. Legal divorce gives him visitation only in my prescence-which he has never exercised. I have a boyfriend of 4+ years and would like to give him limited legal rights to the girls-able to take them to the doctor/dentist if I am not available. Is this possible without negating my legal rights. BTW: I have sole legal and physical custody. Kim |

| Use a Power of Attorney form. Google it for your state.
