Falsely Accused...My exfriend is 17, I am 22. She owes me money ($600)... She's made because I asked for it back.. We never had sex. I have a feeling she is going to blackmale me (pay her off to not make any alligations, which I just found out she is doing it to someone else... who is 35, but did have sex) Is there a way to protect myself from what she might do? What should I do? Please help, |

| My advice would be to take your losses and stay away from her. The question of older individuals dating minor's comes up quite frequently on here and my recomendation is always "Don't Do It". Be thankful you never had sex with her even though this will be hard to prove in a court of law. Although it may not be fair, a jury will be sympathetic to the minor and think you, as an adult should have known better. Say bye to both money and girlfriend and hope this all goes away. Good luck Last edited by erev46; 01-10-2002 at 01:49 PM. |
