Family Law

California: If Respondent does not sign the divorce papers he has been served with within 30 days and filed them with the court, what is the next step for the Petitioner?

My response:

Your next step is to file a "Request for Entry of Default" with the court, and have him properly served with a copy.

Game over. He loses.
