Almost a week ago my mother competely disappeared. most of the bills and household mortgages are under her name. We filed a missing persons report but the case was closed because it was deemed that she left of her own free will. My dad refuses to face the facts that she may not come back. how long should we wait to take legal action and what legal steps should we take?
