Question

Father need of help.

What is the name of your state? Michigan

My parents were married in the Philippines. Currently for the last 12 years they have legally been divorced here in the US. My mother lives here in Michigan while my father lives back home in the Philippines. The story is that my father, a very ill man who is retired US ARMY remarried in the Philippines to a non citizen woman. However, in the Philippines there is no such thing as a divorce. Technically I believe my parents are still married in the Philippines but legally divorced here in the US. Being my father is a US citizen and a retired US ARMY he receives a pension on a monthly basis. For years now my father has been sick and getting worse. He is not mentally or physically able to care for himself. As for his wife she is not helping him with his health condition or caring for him. She is only after his American money. All I want to know is there a way for me to take her to court and for her to stop recieving the money. Please help my father in need, so I may do something to help him out of this situation.
