What is the name of your state? rhode island
my nephews dad wants to kick him out of the house. can he do this? he is 20 years old. he's in school full time. he is a commuting student. he works at night to pay for his own education at the local state college. he has had no gripes with the father. the father is newly married. he is the father of five. he has custudy of two of the five. his new wife has two minor children. my nephew lives in the basement. his younger sister is living with one of the new stepkids. she heads off to college this fall. will this boy lose his health insurance coverage if he moves or anything else? does he have rights until he graduates? thank you

Unless there was something in the divorce and custody agreement about college suport or expenses, this child is now an adult and responsible for himself and apparently his new family has made his home too small. As for insurance, if he is a full time student and meets the requirements for coverage under his father's policy that coverage should continue as per the policy, he should check with the provider as to the details of the policy as to their requirements and how long he is covered. Is he paying rent or offered to pay rent?

I thought this looked familiar

Why, why, WHY do people post to threads when they are already told that they are duplicate????

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Because I had already answered it and HG answered it at about the same time, when I posted it I saw HG's post about it being a duplicate although it was posted today, was this OP wanting more answers or a system error ? So I edited it and added the line about it looking familiar, it doesn't show edit if it is done quickly or you would have known I edited it.
