father's rights/real estate, divorce

I live in Georgia. My husband's ex was awarded the house and the car which are both in his name. She refuses tp pay the car note and the house note is behind. Although we quick claimed the house to her all of this still effects his credit. She uses this as a threat all the time. It has been two years and she still has not put these in her name. We are at our wits end. What rights does he have? Are there any laws protecting fathers and ex-husbands?
