filied divorcein different county

What is the name of your state?wiscosin My sister-in-law filied divorce in Milwaukee county and we think she moved to a different county would this void the divorce. or would it still be in process? If it still is in process how would my brother find out? He has tried contacting her lawyer but she won't return his phone calls. He also wants to know if he has any rights to her daughter which is not his but he did raise her.

It doesn't matter in which county the divorce was filed as long as the state remains the same.

Notice will be sent him when the divorce action is filed with the court.

As for your last question, it's been asked and answered before in your OTHER post.
