 Final JudgementsWhat is the name of your state? Florida I recently went through a divorce and realized that the date that is on the final judgement was from my first marriage to my former spouse. I married her twice...there is already a FJ from the first marriage. Are you following me? We are basically still married because there was no FJ for the second marriage. There is now two FJ from the first marriage and no FJ from the second marriage. Seeing that this is a legal document would the FJ be considered illegal and would we have to redo the whole document?  |

| Who wrote the final order?? Contact that attorney and point out the error. Ask that they amend the order and submit for signatures.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
