chicago, il my husband are going to seperate and i will be recieving financial asstance from my family for a year. he wants to see my finances because he does not see how we will make it i am returning to full time work plus my familys help i feel this is none of his buisness does he have a right to see my finances?

My response:

He has NO RIGHT whatsoever to see your private financial data or information - - until you or he files for a divorce. Then, during the litigation, and depending upon the issues of that litigation, will both sides be allowed to see ther other's financial data.

But, until that time, you tell him to "keep your grubby hands off, Pal."
