| chicago, il my husband are going to seperate and i will be recieving financial asstance from my family for a year. he wants to see my finances because he does not see how we will make it i am returning to full time work plus my familys help i feel this is none of his buisness does he have a right to see my finances? |

| My response: He has NO RIGHT whatsoever to see your private financial data or information - - until you or he files for a divorce. Then, during the litigation, and depending upon the issues of that litigation, will both sides be allowed to see ther other's financial data.
