i live in texas. my 17 year old stepson moved out by his own choice.
i bought him a car and it is in his name. i took him off of my insurance policy when he moved. if he had an at-fault accident, am i responsible for the repair of the other vehicle or is he considered an adult at 17 and responsible for his own actions?
