Question

FL & WY child custody, abusive X

My husband lives in FL where I did reside with him until 4 weeks ago. We have one child who is 15 months old. My husband is employed by the military. I am now in the state of WY. I do not want to return to the state of FL because my husband is abusive and I am fearful what he might do to me and our daughter. I want to stay in the state of WY with my daughter. My husband is making threats that he will make me go back to the state of FL and that he is going to file for full custody of our daughter. I have property in the house that he is threatening to take. He is not offering any kind of support for us and is threatening to take me off of all acct so that I can't access any money. Please Help!

So . . . are you an ex-Floridian now living in Wyoming, or are you in Germany lifting weights and playing your piano?
