What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA, I will marry soon, the person I am marrying, happens to have her elderly mother's home in my soon to be wife's name. My wife to be wants to keep that home in her family. So, she came up with a pre-marital agreement to sign I dont care about her mother's house, so I would sign an agreement that is specific to that pqrticular address. The current pre nup, has me waiving all sort of rights. My question is can't a pre nup be specific to one address?
