good domestic partnership gone bad

Washington
I was with a gal for 4 years as a partner. We mutually decided to remain frioends and share a mobile home. I lived there for another 3 years. I had a driveway put in that cost about 5000.00. I purchased a washer/dryer. I also purchased some furniture that she still has some of. SHe spent alot on money during that time playing on the weekends. SHe's been tryinf to get me to pay 1000.00 on a credit card for a portion of the furniture. I refuse to pay because she has most of my things. Now she is threatning me with a lawsuit If I dont pay off the credit card. Is there really anything she can do? There is nothing in writing stating that I would pay for the furniture. I have obviously since moved and took very little. She was verbally and emotionally abusive to me not to mention physically at times. She is a drunk and constantly berated me.
Is there anything she can do to me?

Tell her to kiss your ass. While washington does recognize common law marriages, your situation does not fit the requirements.
