Question

Grand parent rights?

My ex-daughter-n-law was arested on a class C controlled subsatnce in the state of Indiana .Is this gounds of neglect?If so what can I do to seek temp.custodyof my grandchildren?Do I wait for her to go to jail Any Advice ???/ Thank you!
