Is it illegal for the guardian of my bank account to have everything restricted against me?? I cannot withdraw or deposit money... cannot do anything in regards to checks.... not allowed a bank statement, debit card or even any basic account info... I ask if this is illegal cause I'm the primary account holder but my adoptive mother is the guardian on the account she is my legal guardian currently and put a note on the account restricting everything about the account for accessibility from me also she put a note on the account that prevents me from requesting a bank statement or any of the account info including the online banking info to sign into the account online.... should I take this to the police immediately and bring it up in my guardianship hearing on the 18th of august or should I wait until the hearing
