Guardianshipdelaware. i've been caring for a little boy for a year now. he's 18 months old. his mother has had nothing to do with him unless she needs him to get more money from the state. the last time she took him was 4 months ago. she had him for 7 hours and only fed him a little panacake and a lollipop. he was so hungry when he came home that he ate 3 hot dogs, thats alot for a 1 year old. when he comes back from seeing her, he is a tottaly different person. he doesn't play or laugh..he just sits there and acts scared to death. she has a 7 year old and a 1 week old at home with her now. she is living from place to place, no job, no way of caring for any of these kids. the first 3 months of his life he was in and out of hospitals because she said that he would stop breathing..but that only happend when she was alone with him. theres alot more but it's too much to write. do i have a chance for guardianship? |

| Good grief. Fertility is granted to the wrong people, sometimes. This baby factory has three kids, and srill hasn't begun to gave her act together? Who are you to the child? Where's the biofather in this? Sounds as though the mom does not wish to legally provide guardianship, yet I'd be scared to death for all her kid's welfare.
