Guardianship

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Iowa and Arkansas. My elderly mother lives in Iowa and my son is her guardian and conservator. I was a coguardian until I moved from Iowa to Arkansas. I want to move her to Arkansas and become her guardian. Do I need to file in Iowa or Arkansas? Can my son remain as her conservator?
