Question?!?
I am a newly made orphan...My father died several years ago and my mother died this past year. I am now living with a sister of my mom who has custodial guardianship. My moms other sister has financial guardianship. I turn 18 on September 29 and live in Massachusetts. My aunts are now threatening to send me away to school, and I want to stay in my home town for both stability and strength purposes. I dont want to leave all that I know and face a new place in my Senior Year of High School. I need to know what my legal rights are against my aunts and if I have any, how to pursue them!!. Any repsonses would be greatly appreciated....Thanks
