| Harrassment charges What is the name of your state? Virginia
I am seeing a girl who is legally separated. In their separation agreement it was stated that she would occupy the house with their 4 year old son and would be free to see or date whomever she pleased without harrassment. On Saturday, February 19 while her and her son were away from the house her estranged husband came to the house proceeded to drill the deadbolt lock and enter the house. Upon arrival back home she went in and he was sitting on the couch watching tv drinking a diet coke. They proceeded to argue and the only way she got him to leave was to threaten to call 911. does she have any recourse of action such as harrassment charges, breaking and entering, a protective order or anything. She has gotten to the point that she has become scared of him. She had changed the locks to deadbolts and this is what he done. His name is still on the house if that has any bearing on a course of action. |
