What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I'm separated from my wife and we no longer live together. My question is am I still responsible for keeping her on my health insurance? I'm also paying insurance on her 22 year old daughter who is not legally mine and is a college student, am I responsible for her as well?

Legally any medical bills your wife would get would be considered marital debt. Unless you are legally separated and the legal separation decree says otherwise.
