Help!!!!!

What is the name of your state? I live in Massachusetts
What are the laws for a parent who is a level 3 sex offender who has no contact with his kids, has never been proven the father of one of those kids why can't he give up his rights to both kids? And one of the kids has his last name, thats not fair. If he can't see them then why should he pay support? so why can't he drop the parental rights it seems to me that he has none if he can't see his kids??? His sex offender statis is a joke cause he never got a hearing so he has a lawyer for that but he is judged before proven guilty. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

If there is that much doubt as to paternity then a paternity test is in order . If it is determined that the kids share no biological connection with the man they thought was the father then the best thing to do is to use the links up top and speak with a Attorney to get the best possible advice for terminating support .

Yet this is someone you state you'd like to have a child with?
