Help

Under what circumstances is the ex-wife able to successfully have the divorce decree amended so that her son cannot have his son around the ex-husband's new girlfriend?

Her son has a son? That would be her grandchild. She doesn't want her grandchild around her ex's girlfriend?

I meant to say...her son cannot see her ex-husband because of his new girlfriend

The only circumstance I can think of is if the gf was a convicted child abuser or something legitimate like that. Other then that, your ex is allowed to date and allowed to introduce your kid to his dates.
